Marietta covers a lot of ground and a lot of eras — from pre-war homes near the Square to subdivisions built in the last decade. They don't get cleaned the same way.
The historic sections around the Square and along Whitlock and Church have painted wood siding, original trim, and mortar that predates anyone's warranty. That work is done at the lowest pressure that will do the job, and sometimes it's done by hand where a wand has no business being.
If your house is old enough to have real character, mention it when you call. It changes how we quote it and how long we plan for.
Newer construction out toward East Marietta and the Kennesaw Mountain side is mostly vinyl and fiber cement on tighter lots. Less delicate, but tighter spacing between houses means shade, and shade means growth on the sides nobody looks at until it's obvious.
Every spring the yellow film coats everything, and every spring people ask whether to wash before or after. After. Washing at the front of pollen season means doing it twice. Late spring, once it's done falling, is when a wash actually holds.
Recent work in Marietta

Flagstone patio and brick outdoor fireplace. Years of organic staining on natural stone — cleaned at controlled pressure so the stone came back without the surface being chewed up.

Garage apron with heavy algae growth in the shaded downspout run. Surface-cleaned edge to edge — no wand stripes.

Stamped concrete driveway and apron. The dark band along the mulch bed is algae, not shadow — that edge is where a driveway gets slick after rain.

Matthew at Williams Pressure Washing Co. did a fantastic job on our home. He cleaned our driveway, patio, PVC fence, and the north side of our house, completely getting rid of all the built-up algae and grime. His attention to detail is top-notch. He was extremely careful around our landscaping—even moving potted plants further away than we already had. Highly recommend!
Excellent work and a great price. Services exceeded expectations!! They took excellent care of the flagstone and brick. The exterior of the house has never looked better. Thank you!
Professional in every aspect. On time, great work and a very fair price. Took the time to explain the process and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend.
